What We Do

A construction project, large or small, can be a huge undertaking for anyone attempting their first project. General Contractors are those people who undertake responsibility for pre-start activities, producing, overseeing & concluding an entire project from inception to completion, including sign off & presentation of certificate of completion. 

The General Contractor traditionally interprets and implements building data, from blueprints, designs, filings, structural and finish plans, compiled from an architect's, engineer or designers blueprints and specifications to create the intended structure or completed finished interior. This includes job scheduling, logistics and design and decorating. Buildings owners and managers, bankers, finance and leasing agents, including the department of buildings are but another small aspect of the people we come in contact and interact with each day on behalf of our clients and their projects. They all are a part of the total realm of the General Contractors daily regimen. Additional responsibilities may include, meeting with Building Inspectors and code enforcement interpretation issues, HIPPA, OSHA, and ADA compliance and computer technicians, dental sales & equipment technicians and IT installers too.

 The General Contractor must also speak the basic language of the prime subcontractors including the Plumber, Electrician, HVAC, tradesmen and many other subcontractors such as, glass, millwork, concrete and steel, paint, wall and floor covering finishes. This is just a glimpse of the multitude & myriad tasks and responsibilities of the commercial General Contractor.
