The principals at Dental Office Builders Corp, DOB, have over 45 years direct, on site experience in the dental construction field as 2nd generation general contractors. The term, "Dental-specific" General Contractor was created in 1994 by our primary executive. This was created in service of our future clients letting them know we primarily build Commercial offices for Dentists. We are specifically engaged in the activity of building Dental offices, not basements, play rooms, kitchens or bathrooms.
The principals here at DOB have participated in almost every aspect of the dental office building industry from design & estimating to demolition, construction & final finishes. Over two generations we have built over 900 different Dental offices. These projects include cosmetic upgrades to brand new, up to and including 12-chair offices, water and fire damage & expanding and enlarging for the growth of new and existing practices. A portion of our projects are with Medical Doctors and Optometrists.

DOB covers the greater New York metro area including the 5 boroughs, lower Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as, Bergen and Essex counties in New Jersey.
